A challenge with exceptional results
“To provide exceptional facilities and services to each guest in a calm and relaxing environment” was the challenge we faced in the project for the Seaview Hotel. The SherMax team worked in record time to lay the floors of the hotel, from the lobby, bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pools…. The materials chosen were tiles and marbles of different styles but always with the best quality. It was a big challenge but the result was exceptional.

Londoner Pub
Proper British Pub
The Londoner British Pub in Smart City in Malta offers classic British pub food, cask ales, golden ales, a variety of cocktails and, of course, live sports. At Londoner they pay attention to the smallest details just like our team had to do when we did the installation of the tiles, ceiling and floor. The challenge was to choose the right materials as it is a bar that has a high mobility of people, however the shermax team together with the Londoner team worked together resulting in a unique design with excellent finishes.
Fort Business Center
The place that makes commuting to work a pleasure
Fort Business Center is an office building in Malta located on Triq l-Intornjatur. Fort Business Center is situated nearby to the government office Malta Financial Services Authority and Wignacourt Aqueduct. It is a large, completely refurbished space where spacious offices will be located. The project started from the design to the installation of floors and ceilings by our team. The materials chosen are of the highest quality, as well as resistant and durable for the influx of people that will go there every day.
Mosta Gap Pantheon
A destination like no other
A collection of 31 homes offering a combination of three-bedroom luxury flats and two-bedroom penthouses. These latter dream homes enjoy panoramic views of the countryside of the northern part of the island that are breathtaking during the day and stunning at night and access to a private terrace.
This magnificent collection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes offers luxury living in the heart of Mosta.
The Shermax team was commissioned to install every tile in these flats achieving professional results in short time frames.
Fortina Hotel
A state-of-the-art, multipurpose complex
Hotel Fortina is an establishment consisting of a 4-star hotel and an adjacent 5-star resort in Sliema Strand Sea Front.
The scope of the project is to create a state-of-the-art multi-purpose complex.
The complex features 60 conveniently located residential flats, a high-end boutique retail, a 5-star hotel housing 215 rooms, restaurants, a large pedestrian plaza open to the general public.
The flooring installation was carried out by our specialised tile team. It was a big effort due to the magnitude of the project but in the end the result was impeccable.
